Meet Taylor

Hello and welcome to Taylor by the Teaspoon!

What started as a food blog quickly turned into an opportunity to sell my baked goods online and through Hudson Valley retailers. I specialize in classic small treats (think cookies, cupcakes, brownies) with a twist on traditional flavors. Here, you’ll be able to find anything from Taylor’s Chocolate Chip Cookie (my favorite!) to the Home Run, a bestselling ballpark-inspired cookie loaded with Cracker Jacks, peanuts, sunflower seeds and white chocolate. I offer gluten-free treats (*kitchen not exclusively GF) and I make vegan desserts that won’t even make you miss the “real thing”!

I have been a self-taught home baker since age eight. As arguably the biggest sweet tooth in New York, I value the experience of eating dessert: mouthfeel, texture, taste, joy. I aim to make exciting treats that create a special moment when eaten.

My hope is that you will consider me for your next get-together, special occasion, or a random weekday! I am hugely passionate about baking and would love to share a piece of my dream with you.
